Website content
The site provides general information about aerosol, bioaerosol, pharmaceutical-inhalation, filtration, disinfection, device, and related testing topics. Website content is not a substitute for a project-specific protocol, regulatory review, legal advice, or quality-system decision.
Quotes and project scoping
Submitting a form does not create a testing agreement. Quotes, timelines, sample requirements, methods, deliverables, acceptance criteria, confidentiality terms, and regulatory framing must be confirmed in writing before work begins.
Samples and regulated materials
Do not send samples, hazardous materials, regulated substances, biological materials, or confidential materials until ARE Labs has confirmed shipping instructions, handling requirements, and project acceptance in writing.
No guarantee of outcome
Testing results depend on the sample, method, protocol, controls, acceptance criteria, and study conditions. Website descriptions do not guarantee a result, regulatory outcome, product claim, approval, certification, or market acceptance.
Intellectual property
The ARE Labs name, site content, graphics, and page structure are owned by ARE Labs or its licensors unless otherwise indicated. You may link to public pages and quote short excerpts with attribution, but you may not copy the site in bulk or present ARE Labs content as your own.
